IconMasterXP is capable of converting 13 different image formats into icons. These formats include: PNG, BMP, WBMP, PSD, ICO, TIF, TGA, PCX, WMG, EMF, JPG, J2K, PNM.

Draw your icon in your favorite graphic processor, save it and simply import your saved file with IconMasterXP, press Export button Гўв‚¬вЂњ and you can choose any of the above-mentioned formats. Although you can convert images between any of these formats, IconMasterXP is traditionally specialized in creating Windows Icons.
Of course, IconMasterXP supports all color-depth formats and all sizes; you can start with only one 32-bit icon with alpha channel and make all other icons with different sizes and colors out of that very first icon.
